Bhubaneswar: Almost two and half a months after a woman journalist was harassed in a running bus, a lady radio jockey (RJ) on Monday alleged she was misbehaved and inappropriately touched in a running bus and none other than by the vehicle conductor in Cuttack on Sunday.

The incident came to light after she narrated her ordeal in her Facebook page. The incident took place on Sunday evening while the girl was coming to Bhubaneswar from Cuttack in a private bus. Showing her bravery, the girl too slapped the accused conductor for his unsavoury attitude.

The girl narrated that she boarded a bus from Badambadi in Cuttack on Sunday evening for Bhubaneswar. The bus was full of passengers and she had no option other than boarding the bus.

“Though there was no space to accommodate more passengers in the bus, the conductor kept on boarding more persons. Taking the opportunity of the rush, he was touching girls and women inappropriately in lieu of making space for them. She also tried to do the same with me and revolted,” the girl wrote. However, no police complaint was lodged in this matter.
