“The people of Kendrapara are peace loving. The situation here is under control and there is no need to get panicky,” asserted the top cop, appealing people to maintain peace and harmony in the district.
On Wednesday, the State Government suspended the internet services in the town for 48 hours to prevent possible escalation of tension. Tension prevailed in the district after a youth in Fakirbad area shared an objectionable video against a certain community posted in a facebook page.
